Capturing Summer

A three-day shooting photographic workshop in Antiparos with Eirini Vourloumis

12-15 July 2018

I have been coming to Antiparos from the age of eight and I am very happy to teach my first workshop on an island I call home. The theme will be open but will be exploring the island and the season of summer. I will lecture every morning on basic photographic theory and will present work from significant photographers and their diverse approach to capturing summer.

This will primarily be a shooting workshop where participants will have free time to shoot 2-4 hours every afternoon. We will review the work the next day and then edit and analyze the images to create a strong final mini series.

Through this process, participants will be guided through the importance of composition, light and technical elements.  Experienced amateurs and professionals are welcome.

200 euros per student
